- Pinson TM Limited are not a payroll company. We have carried out checks on our recommended payroll providers to ensure adequate insurances and compliance are in place. Pinson TM Limited may receive a small referral fee for passing across your details. This will not effect the rate of which you are charged by the payroll supplier.

- A criminal conviction will not necessarily be a bar to employment. Agency workers of Pinson TM Limited are required to declare all unspent convictions as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
