    Submission Guidelines for Artists
Final Submission: Please ensure your artwork is finalized before submitting.
Content: We are looking only for BIPOC-focused pieces. NSFW art is welcome for this piece.

Collaboration: If you’d like to collaborate with an author, note this below and we will connect you with interested authors.
Credits: Please provide your name as you’d like it to appear in the anthology for credit.

Bio and Headshot/Logo: Submit a brief bio and a headshot or logo by the deadline.
Acknowledgments: Optional. If you wish to include acknowledgments, submit them by the deadline.

Artwork Donation: All artwork contributed to the anthology is considered a donation piece. You may choose to charge individual authors an outside fee for commercial use (these fees are not covered by Olympus & Co. LLC), but the anthology contribution itself is for charity only.

Social Media Sharing: You are welcome to share your anthology pieces on social media. If your artwork is tied to a specific story, please confirm with the author before posting to avoid spoilers.

    Ordering & Selling Copies
You may order copies at print cost for personal use or events.
If selling at events, you are required to send the net proceeds (after printing costs and taxes) to Olympus & Co. LLC via PayPal (Authorkmwoods@olympusnco.com) or Venmo (@olympusnco) within 14 days.

If you have leftover copies, you are only required to pay the donation amount for books sold at the event. If sold later, donation amounts are due at that time.
Selling personal copies for profit or not providing accurate donation information will result in loss of future print-cost privileges.

    Your Responsibilities
Shipping and taxes for any copies you order
Completing the order form in the shared drive whenever you wish to order copies

    Legal & Rights
This is not a legal contract, but a confirmation of your understanding.
All royalties are donated to charity. Artists do not receive royalties.
Olympus & Co. LLC holds copyright only to the anthology as a collection, not to your individual work. You retain all rights to your art and may publish it elsewhere at any time.

    Housekeeping
Review the anthology spreadsheet and add your information as requested.
Receipts for donations will be uploaded to the drive quarterly or after each event.
Tax forms for your donation portion will be sent by January 31st each year; donations are tax-deductible.

All participants in our anthologies are required to adhere to our AI and Non-Discrimination Policy. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the anthology, regardless of publication status.
