Shrewsbury Food Festival 2026 Terms and Conditions of Booking -
It is understood that in signing for and purchasing an Exhibitor space/stand at the Shrewsbury Food Festival 2026 that the festival terms and conditions will be adhered to.
Full event details will be sent to successful applicants.
Application and Invoicing
A non-refundable deposit of £100 secures your stand at the festival.
All payments should be made by BACs.
Full payment will be required by Friday 29th May 2026. Failure to meet this deadline may mean that the space will be forfeited.
Cancellation
In the event of the Exhibitor deciding to withdraw from the event and wishing a refund we will adopt the following charges:
Cancellation 90 days prior to the event will be charged the £100 deposit/administration fee.
Cancellation 60 days prior to the event will be refunded 50% of the fee.
Cancellation 30 days prior to the event will be refunded 25% of the fee.
Should the festival be cancelled because of a government decision, fees paid will be carried over to the next Shrewsbury Food Festivals or refunded.
Should the festival management cancel the festival, fees paid will be refunded in full.
Refunds will NOT be made, full or partial, should trading not meet your expectation.
Insurance
Exhibitors must have Public Liability Insurance in date cover with a minimum limit of indemnity of £5M.
Risk Assessment
An event specific Risk Assessment must be submitted with your application.
If you do not have a risk assessment, you are able to request a template from fun@shropshirefestivals.co.uk.
Fire Safety
Exhibitors are required to adhere to current fire safety regulations and be detailed in your risk assessment.
Food Safety
All food operations must be operated in line with the requirements of current food safety regulations and be detailed in your risk assessment.
Stand/Space Details
Exhibitors who require an electrical supply or additional equipment or space must request this at time of booking.
Please note that there will not be an electrical supply running to your vehicle or refrigerated unit after Sunday 28th June.
Description of Goods & Trading Details
An accurate description of goods to be exhibited or sold must be included in this application. Only items included in this description will be allowed.
All goods sold at the festival must conform to current trading standards and other relevant legislation.
External flyers or other promotional material is not permitted at the event.
Data Protection Statement
The information contained in this application will be retained and used in accordance with the current GDPR regulations.
I/We indemnify Shropshire Festivals Ltd against any claims made against them for the loss, damage, injury or otherwise arising from the acts, omissions or negligence of our employees or other persons engaged by my business in the erection, dismantling or operation of my/our trade stand at events hosted by Shropshire Festivals. In addition, I/we confirm that I/we have in force a Public Liability policy to cover such risks.
