Notice and Point of Clarity: Do you agree with the Supreme Court declaring People are Sovereign?
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
I, _____________________________, one of the People (as seen in Indiana Constitution Article 1 Section 1), republican in form, Sui Juris, do present you, this Notice, so that you do provide due care:
Please take Notice that I, as one of the People, wish for you to give a point of clarity based on your position as a sworn trustee, if you agree with the Supreme Court declaring People are sovereign or not?
Please take Notice that the Supreme Court in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, 603 U.S. ___ (2024) declared:
“…the Constitution promises, the American people are sovereign and they alone may, through democratically responsive processes, amend our foundational charter or revise federal legislation. Unelected judges enjoy no such power.” (Bolded for emphasis)
Please take Final Notice that it is my wish and demand that you respond, publicly, within 10 business days, with clarity in regard to your understanding if you agree with the Supreme Court that the American people are sovereign over government or not.
