Toronto Potters Members are encouraged to volunteer for at least one area of support activity in order to enhance our exhibition.
October 17 11 am - 3 pm: 1-2 people to work a shift to attend doors for drop off of pieces and assist with set-up of tables for juryingOctober 18, 12:00 noon: 1 person to pick up and bring lunch for jurors and monitorsOctober 19, 9:30 -10:30 am: 2 people to prepare and/or bring morning coffee and lunch for photographer and assist photographer with packing and carrying as neededOctober 19, 12 noon-1pm: 2 people to prepare and/or bring morning coffee and lunch for photographer and assist photographer with packing and carrying as neededOctober 19, 4:00pm - 6pm: 2 people to assist and attend door for pick-up of piecesOctober 20 – November 6 : 1- 2 People for organizing photographs and preparing/proofreading the catalogueOctober 20 - November 6: Event Advertising. Writers - press release and personalized VIP invitations (politicians etc.)October 27 to November 6: 2-3 people for distribution of cards, flyersNovember 8, 1 pm- 5:30 pm: 1 person as Food coordinatorNovember 8, 2 - 5 pm: 2 people for food services (set-up, receiving food and replenishing food)November 8, 5 – 5:30 pm: 2 people for clean-up crew
