CURRENT RESIDENTS: TRANSFER POLICY

We table all inquiries after 30 days if no action is taken or if we can't reach you. To reserve an apartment, you must place a holding deposit (becomes security deposit), with your current deposit returned in full as soon as you are fully moved. For fair housing reasons, the very simple verifiable application is repeated. We want to help all transfer requests! Your information will not be shared and the form is deleted automatically after 30 days. (Feel free to fill out another form!)
