This is a competitive scholarship; applications are scored based on quality of responses.
This scholarship is provided through the Idaho Career Technical Education Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) organization. There are no Idaho State funds used. Scholarships are awarded without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, disability, or genetic information.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, all applicants must:
- Be a legal resident of the state of Idaho.
- Have graduated from an accredited Idaho public or private high school or equivalent.
- Have maintained a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or higher during attendance at postsecondary school.
- Be currently enrolled as a full-time student, as defined by the school, in a CTE program at an approved technical college in Idaho, pursuing an undergraduate course of study leading to a first degree, technical certificate or another approved award.
**If awarded this scholarship, the funds must be used towards tuition, fees, books, equipment/tools and other expenses related directly to the instructional program at an approved Idaho college.
***Funds of this scholarship will be sent directly to the instituion to be placed on the student account.
