            Terms & Conditions of Trademarks
            I understand that registration with the NMSA International Trademark Office provides recognition, protection, and priority within the beauty and aesthetics industry, but does not replace or have affiliation with federal trademark registration. Disputes may only be filed if the registered mark predates the official formation date of the business in question.

            I authorize the NMSA International Trademark Office to check all trademark databases to confirm the availability of my mark. I understand that if the same or a confusingly similar name or logo is found, I will be responsible for making any necessary changes in order to proceed with registration, and I further acknowledge that no refunds will be issued in such cases.

            Trademark Annual Renewals
            To maintain active status in the NMSA International Trademark Registry, all registered trademarks must be renewed on an annual basis. Renewal ensures your continued recognition, priority, and protection within the beauty and aesthetics industry.

            Renewal Terms
            Trademarks must be renewed every 12 months from the date of original registration.
            The renewal fee is due at the time of renewal submission.
            Failure to renew will result in the trademark being marked as inactive and removed from the International Registry of Beauty & Aesthetic Marks.
            Renewal Process
            You will receive a renewal reminder via email 30 days before expiration.
            Complete the renewal form and submit payment online.
            A new digital certificate of renewal will be issued within 7 business days of approval.

            Important Notice
            It is the responsibility of the registrant to renew their trademark on time. Lapsed registrations may not be reinstated and will require a new application and fee if protection is to be re-established.
