    Fostering affective relationships and effective communication skills while connecting people to wildlife, nature, and each other.

    Providing middle school-aged youth with authentic project-based learning opportunities that are conservation-action oriented.

    Equipping high school-aged youth with contemporary, conservation-minded leadership skills through personalized growth and development opportunities.

    Bringing awareness to the programs, initiatives, events, and opportunities available at and through Brookfield Zoo Chicago.

    The King Conservation Leadership Academy does not provide donations of tickets or items for raffles. 

    The King Conservation Leadership Academy provides complimentary general admission passes to individual participants at most in-person community-based programs or those registered and active within specific programmatic structures.  

    A limited number of complimentary passes are dedicated annually to community advisory members, community collaborators, and identified partners who support the development and delivery of established programs.

    Museums for All

    Through Museums for All, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can gain free or reduced admission to more than 1,400 museums throughout the United States simply by presenting their SNAP EBT (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Electronic Benefit Transfer) card. Brookfield Zoo Chicago is offering up to four free general admission tickets with presented card and ID. Parking, add-on experiences, events, or attractions are not included. P- EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer) cards are also accepted at this time, but for ONLY admission of the card holder at the time of entry.

    Library Programs

    If you’re a Chicago Public Library cardholder, you may check out an Explore More Illinois pass that provides four complimentary general admission passes to the Zoo.

    The Museum Adventure Pass program, available at SELECT suburban regional libraries, allows patrons to check out two complimentary general admission passes to the Zoo.

    Transportation Supports

    The Zoo provides free admission to any group visiting via the Forest Preserves of Cook County’s Nature Express Bus.

    Military Personnel

    The Zoo provides free admission to all active, reservist and veterans of the military. Please present a military ID at one of the Zoo’s admission booths for entry.

    Museums in the Park Card

    Your local elected officials may receive a Museums in the Park Constituent Card for residents to use, providing free access to various museums and attractions, including Brookfield Zoo Chicago. Contact your local office to find out more.

    Group Ticket Sales

    Groups purchasing a minimum of 20 tickets qualify for discounted admission. Please click the button below to purchase tickets in advance. Any tickets purchased at the gate will be full price.
