    Scholarship applications for Ohdaka will continue to be accepted until funding is exhausted or the camp is full.

     

  • Payment Plans

    Continued monthly installment payments (minimum of $50) are required to keep your account in good standing. Payments will be processed on the 1st of the month following this application.
  • Campership Request

    Priority is given to cover registration fees. Merchandise, Camp Store funds, and optional add-ons will not be covered.
  • Important note: Campership awards are usually partial (often up to about 50% of registration costs). Full awards are uncommon and reserved for exceptional circumstances. Please refer to the Quick Guide for full details.

  • You will be notified by April 15th of your application’s status. If the campership award and money paid so far is more than the cost of camp registration, the balance will be put towards camp store credit. A refund of the overage can be refunded at your written request.

    For Ohdaka applications after April 15th, you will notified within 5 business days.

  • If an applicant who originally applies for a full campership is awarded a partial campership instead and declines the amount, the full balance paid to date will be refunded.

  • Please calculate this as:
    (your monthly payment amount) × (the number of monthly payments remaining until camp)

    Important: This total must be equal to or greater than your required minimum payment plan ($50/month per family account) multiplied by the number of remaining payments.

    Example: If you selected a $50/month payment plan and there are 4 payments remaining, the minimum total you may enter is $200. If you can commit to $75/month for 4 months, enter $300.

    For families with more than one camper, this total should reflect your combined family contribution for all campers.
