Sponsorship and Exhibitor Registration

Before You Begin

Thank you for considering a contribution to support the 2026 Network Summit!

All businesses, agencies, and organizations aligned with the mission and values of the Network are invited to complete this form which involves providing contact information, indicating your preferred payment method, and signing our Sponsor and Exhibitor Agreement. If applicable to your contribution level, you will also be prompted to upload organizational logos and text for inclusion on the "Our Supporters" handout provided to all attendees during the event.

The 2026 Summit will be hosted by Mission West Community Development Partners which is the cooperative development services provider for the Northwest Food Hub Network. Please note that Mission West is the sole entity involved in arranging sponsorships for this year’s event, which includes managing inquiries through this webform. We are offering the following contribution levels for those interested in sponsoring or exhibiting during the 2026 Summit – for complete detail on the benefits associated with each contribution level, please read to the Sponsor and Exhibitor Information Sheet.

Champion Sponsorship ($2,500)

Includes six event registrations, one exhibitor table, logo on materials and website, logo with blurb on "Our Supporters" handout, and recognition during the event.

Leader Sponsorship ($1,000)

Includes four event registrations, one exhibitor table, name on materials and website, and logo with blurb on "Our Supporters" handout.

Advocate Sponsorship ($500)

Includes two event registrations, one exhibitor table, and name on "Our Supporters" handout.

Non-Sponsor Exhibitor ($250)

Includes two event registrations and one exhibitor table.

Sponsors and exhibitors may submit payment by credit card, Automated Clearing House (ACH) electronic transfer, or paper check. Please use the field below to indicate your preferred method of payment. After you have submitted this form, Mission West will send you an email to coordinate payment using your requested method.

Funds must be received by Mission West by January 31, 2026 and your status as a sponsor or exhibitor is not considered to be active until we have received your payment in full.

Sponsor and Exhibitor Agreement

My business, agency, or organization agrees to the terms outlined in the 2026 Northwest Food Hub Network Sponsor and Exhibitor Information Sheet and commits to providing the selected contribution amount by January 31, 2026.

• I understand that my sponsorship is not considered active until Mission West receives full payment of the contribution amount that I indicated in this form.
• I understand that Mission West can only accomodate credit card, ACH, or check payment – if I pay by check, I understand that I am responsible for providing a replacement if the check is lost in transit.
• If applicable, I affirm that the logo and organizational description (blurb) provided earlier in this webform do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• I understand that my sponsorship and/or exhibition during the 2026 Summit is subject to review by Mission West.
• I agree that Mission West reserves the right to allocate benefits based on contribution level and payment received as reflected in the Sponsor and Exhibitor Information Sheet.
