2026 Exhibitor Contract

Symposium Dates: June 4 - 7, 2026. To reserve booth space, please submit this contract with a 25% booth deposit or pay in full (see below)! Final booth payments are due by March 7, 2026. Cancellation Policy

If the 2026 Symposium is canceled by AAW or converted to a virtual event for reasons outside the Exhibitor’s control, Exhibitors will receive a full refund or can switch to 2026 virtual event. Deposits are non-refundable. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after March 8, 2026.
