  • Our quotes are transparent and confirmed on site. We only adjust if the job is bigger or smaller than expected. This means the price could increase if there is more work or decrease if there is less. No surprises and no overcharging.

    Medium Difficulty (stairs, narrow halls) – +$50 Difficult Access (attics, basements, multiple floors) – +$100 Disassembly / Heavy Items (pianos, safes, oversized furniture) – +$50–$100 Mattresses / Boxsprings – +$35 White Appliances (fridges, freezers, AC, etc.) – +$125 Tires – +$10 each
  • Surcharges for appliances, mattresses, and tires cover dump fees. Surcharges for stairs, heavy items, disassembly, or difficult access cover extra labor, time, and equipment needed to safely complete the job.
