Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Step 2: Submit an Application
- Online Application Form: Complete the online application form available on our website. Provide all necessary details, including personal information and $25.00 application fee.
- Application Fee: Submit payment to Projects 2 Passports by paying below.
- Application Fee scholarship: If you are experiencing financial hardship, please reach out to us directly to inquire about scholarship options.
- Personal Essay or Video Submission: Submit a personal essay (300-500 words) or upload a video detailing your interest in the program, what you hope to gain from the experience, and how it aligns with your future goals.
- Recommendation Letters: Obtain two letters of recommendation from teachers, mentors, or community leaders who can speak to your character, academic achievements, and leadership potential.
- Report Card Submittal: Upload a copy of your recent official report card showing your High School GPA average.
Step 3: Application Review
- Review Process: Our selection committee will review all submitted applications, essays/videos, and recommendation letters. This process ensures that each applicant is thoroughly evaluated based on their merits and potential.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview, either in person or via video call. The interview will assess your motivation, communication skills, and suitability for the program.
Step 4: Acceptance and Enrollment
- Notification: Successful applicants will receive an acceptance letter via email. This letter will include details about the program, important dates, and next steps.
- Enrollment Package: Accepted participants will receive an enrollment package containing forms, waivers, and additional information required to complete the enrollment process.
- Orientation Session: Attend a mandatory orientation session where you will meet other participants, learn more about the program, and prepare for your upcoming experience.
Important Dates and Deadlines
- Application Deadline: Applications for the upcoming program cycle must be submitted by October, 31, 2025.
- Notification of Acceptance: Accepted applicants will be notified by mid November 2025.
- Orientation Session: The mandatory orientation session will be held on December 13.
- Program Start Date: The program will commence on January 10.

Tips
- Ask for your letter of recommendation ahead of time. It is wise to give the individuals writing your recommendation letters at least one to two weeks to complete them. Let them know what you are applying for and the deadline.
- Proofread your application, resume, and essay/video before submitting.
- Make sure all components asked for are included.
