Important: Completing this form does not guarantee a storage allocation. Applications will be assessed by the Surf Sports Committee according to the Club’s Ski and Board Storage Policy. Allocation is for one season only and must be renewed annually. Annual storage fee: $50 per craft (ski). Boards are free for 2025/26 season.

I am no more than 8 patrol hours in arrearsI actively compete in SLSA-sanctioned ski/board eventsI attend craft training sessions at least once per week on averageI have contributed a minimum of 10 volunteer hours last seasonI am involved in fundraising or have completed allocated eventsI hold an active volunteer position within the Club (e.g. coach, official)I am part of the ERT crew or hold other key Club responsibilitiesI understand that unsafe or non-compliant craft may be removedI agree to maintain my storage area and label my rack with my nameI understand that rack spaces are non-transferableI understand that the Club takes no responsibility for stored equipmentI agree to pay the $50 annual fee per craft (ski only) if my application is approvedI understand fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
