7:00 PM: To help prepare for legislator meetings and issues, we will be hosting a Zoom meeting to review all of the issues and materials for the event. A separate registration email will go out for this virtual meeting after you register for this event.
Attendees arrive at the AC Hotel Tallahassee Universities at the Capitol (801 S. Gadsden Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301). Check-in for the hotel is set for 3:00 PM. You will need a credit card for incidentals. The room night(s) +tax will be covered by the FSR. There is no registration table for check-in for the meeting.
Travel expenses, including transportation (auto, Uber/taxi, and airfare), will be reimbursed by FSR. Please note that airfare reimbursement will only cover standard coach, non-refundable tickets. You do not need to reserve a hotel room yourself—FSR staff will handle the reservation once this form is submitted. Because hotel costs are paid upfront, please only complete the form if you are 100% committed to attending; otherwise, we risk losing the money spent on the reservation.

Wednesday, December 10
7:00 AM: AC Hotel – Meeting Room TBD: Breakfast and legislator meeting review.
8:00 AM: Legislator meeting begin.
11:30 - 1:30 PM: Lunch available at the Governors Club (202 S Adams St, Tallahassee, FL 32301)
1:30 PM: Legislator meetings resume.
5:30 PM: Legislative Awards Reception – The Terrace, Charlie Park (801 S. Gadsden Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301).
7:00 PM: Attendee Dinner – The Lounge, Charlie Park (801 S. Gadsden Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301).

8:00 AM: Morning legislator meetings
