Rules & Regulations
1. Artists must be open and available to customers during designated Iron and Ink Tattoo hours. Hours are as follows:
Thursday July 9th, 2026: 10am to 10pm
Friday July 10th, 2026: 10am to 11pm
Saturday July 11th, 2026: 10am to 11pm
Sunday July 12th, 2026: 10am (you may be open as early as 8am) to 12pm
2. Only artist(s)/vendor(s) stated in the contract may work at the booth.
3. Artists/vendors will comply with Gettysburg Bike Week, Iron and Ink Tattoo Expo, and The Barn Resort rules and regulations. Removal from the event is at the discretion of the event organizations. Payment is forfeited upon removal. All booth fees are non-refundable.
4. Artists agree to use single-use needles and inks and certified sharps containers.
5. Artists will follow recognized professional standards and maintain a clean work station. This includes properly disposing of contaminated waste each day and policing the booth area before final departure for any tattooing/piercing product or materials.
6. The artist/vendor agrees not to alter their assigned booth in any way. No tape or nails will be used to adhere to or puncture the property of The Barn Resort, including walls or pillars. The Artist agrees to reimburse The Barn Resort for any and all damages caused by themselves, their agents, employees, subcontractors, and/or guests.
7. Any special equipment, including extension cord(s) and power strips, are the responsibility of the signing party.
8. Fees paid for the booth rental include wristbands for the designated number of artists per space, as well as 2 wristbands for additional, non-artist personnel per 10x10 space. All additional wristbands must be purchased for $10 at the door.
9. A $200 deposit is due upon acceptance of your application. The remaining balance is due April 1st, 2026.
10. Artists will not sell tattoo machines or equipment to the general public at this event.
11. Iron and Ink will provide 2 chairs and 1 table per 10x10 space. Any additional chairs or tables are to be provided by the artist(s).
12. Event organizers will provide pipe and drape, electric to booths, and large trash receptacles.
13. Artist assumes all responsibility and liability for any claims, damages, and/or losses arising from themselves or their associated artists while on the premises of The Barn Resort. Artist will indemnify and hold harmless The Barn Resort (and its agents, employees, and subcontractors), Ink and Iron Tattoo Expo, and Gettysburg Bike Week (and its members, officers, volunteers, employees and subcontractors) from any and all such claims, damages, and/or losses.
14. Iron and Ink Tattoo Expo will provide floor covering for booths. Artist(s) may use additional floor coverings, but these must be placed on top of the floor covering provided by Iron and Ink. The floor covering provided by Iron and Ink must remain in place for the duration of the convention.
15. A security deposit of $200 is required prior to setting up at Iron and Ink. A staff member will inspect booths on Sunday July 12th, 2026, prior to artists leaving, at which point the security deposit will be returned as long as it is determined that there is no damage to the artist’s assigned space.
16. Artist agrees not to use "Iron and Ink Tattoo Expo" or "Gettysburg Bike Week" logos or verbiage on any printed materials (t-shirts, etc.)
