Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each class. Unpaid registrations may result in forfeited spots.

Class Cancelation Policy
Minimum Enrollment Requirement - Classes require a minimum of 5 enrolled children to run, with a maximum of 10 per class. Classes with fewer than five enrolled students may be canceled, sometimes with limited notice. Families will be notified as soon as possible.

Late Pick-Up Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed after dismissal. After that, a $1/minute late fee applies. Repeated late pick-ups may affect continued enrollment. Please notify us if you're running late.

Our community is built on respect, safety, inclusion, and emotional well-being. By participating, families agree to:
- Treat peers, instructors, and spaces with kindness and care

- Follow safety instructions, especially during movement and science activities
- Engage in age-appropriate conflict resolution with staff support
- Uphold community norms during field trips; parents supervise their children off-site
Progressive steps for concerns: gentle reminder -> family meeting -> possible removal if behavior repeatedly compromises safety or learning.

Enrichment Outings: I acknowledge that:*

Curriculum-connected outings are offered as optional enrichment opportunities. Media will not be sold or licensed to third parties for profit. We never tag or identify children by full name. You may revoke permission at any time via written request; future use will cease upon receipt.*
