Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of each class. Unpaid registrations may result in forfeited spots.
Class Cancelation Policy
Minimum Enrollment Requirement - Classes require a minimum of 5 enrolled children to run, with a maximum of 10 per class. Classes with fewer than five enrolled students may be canceled, sometimes with limited notice. Families will be notified as soon as possible.
Late Pick-Up Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed after dismissal. After that, a $1/minute late fee applies. Repeated late pick-ups may affect continued enrollment. Please notify us if you're running late.

Progressive steps for concerns: gentle reminder -> family meeting -> possible removal if behavior repeatedly compromises safety or learning.
