By signing below, you confirm that you give Southend Adult Community College permission to take photographs and/or record video footage of you during this event/session. You understand and agree that these images or videos may be used for the College's promotional and publicity purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
- The Southend Adult Community College website
- Printed publications (such as flyers, posters, newsletters, and prospectuses)
- Press releases or media coverage relating to the College's activities
You understand that your image may be used in these formats without payment, and that the College will store the content securely.
You are aware that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. If you wish to do so, please email marketing@southend-adult.ac.uk and provide details of the event/session and your name.
Every reasonable effort will be made to honour your request, however in some cases, for example printed media, we will not be able to honour your withdrawal requested if it arrives after the campaign has begun. We will remove your image / video from any campaigns that have not yet begun
