Community Needs Assessment Survey
  • Community Needs Assessment Survey

This survey gathers community and stakeholder input to guide the implementation of the LATCH Line and the Comprehensive Lactation Support Directory—two new statewide breastfeeding support tools funded through the California Breast Cancer Research Program (CBCRP). The tools include (1)The Comprehensive Lactation Support Directory – a multilingual resource connecting families to culturally responsive lactation services statewide and (2)The LATCH Line – a multilingual warmline offering real-time, non-emergency breastfeeding support and referrals from trained lactation professionals. All questions are anonymous. Your feedback will help us co-create culturally relevant and accessible resources for California families.
