IOSP Merit-Based Scholarship Application

ABOUT SCHOLARSHIPS

The IOSP is dedicated to rewarding excellence and commitment in music. Our merit-based scholarships are designed to recognize outstanding talent and dedication to music, the community, and to our Strings Program. Please email info@itascaorchestra.org, or call (218) 327 5781, if you have questions.

Process
1. Before completing this scholarship application, you must pre-register for an IOSP strings program in your community. You can pre-register HERE.
2. Applications must be submitted by the specified deadline for each term.
3. All applications are individual, and applicants must reapply each term. *There is a non-refuldable registration fee that must be paid regardless of scholarship status.

Expectations for Recipients
1. Actively participate in ALL individual lessons, group lessons, orchestra rehearsals, and performances, and come fully prepared with sheet music, notebooks, pencils, and instruments.
2. Demonstrate consistent practice, preparation, and participation in all IOSP activities.
3. Maintain a high level of academic and musical performance.
4. Participate in fundraising activities.
5. Serve as a role model for other students.
