  • Once you submit this application, it will be reviewed by City of Palmdale Parks & Recreation staff. After your application and supporting documents are verified, you will be notified if you have been selected as an authorized vendor. At that point, the process of executing a Contract for Services with the City of Palmdale will begin. Once the Contract for Services is fully executed, you will be authorized to provide services at designated events.

To ensure patrons receive the highest quality experience, vendors must maintain an “A” grade on their Food Official Inspection Report in order to remain eligible to participate at City events.

Please note that only Pepsi beverage products may be sold, displayed, advertised, or given away at City events. “Beverage products” shall mean all non-alcoholic beverages of any kind, excluding fresh-brewed unbranded coffee, fresh-brewed unbranded tea, unflavored dairy products, water from the public supply, and unbranded freshly squeezed juice. An approved Pepsi product list is available from the Parks & Recreation Office.

Additionally, in order to help reduce long wait times and ensure efficient service for our guests, vendors may be asked to limit or adjust their menu offerings while on-site. This allows for smoother operations and a better overall experience for patrons.

We contract with a wide variety of concessionaires and schedule based on numerous factors, including but not limited to: menu variety, pricing, history with the City of Palmdale, maintaining current permits, licenses, and insurance, and adherence to municipal codes within City of Palmdale boundaries.
