    The Greater North Fulton Chamber typically books out the entire year of Business After Hours hosts 1 year in advance. If you'd like to be a host, please complete this form in its entirety and a team member will reach out to you to let you know when the next available month is open.

    EVENT DETAILS/GUIDELINES:

    · Business After Hours is hosted each month by a different Chamber member business/organization

    · Recognized as one of the top three Chamber events, Business After Hours is free for members

    · Average attendance is 125 – 150

    · Event time is from 5:30pm – 7:00pm

    THE HOST AGREES TO:

    · Pay the sponsorship fee of $1,000 - billed at least 30 days prior to the event.

    · Provide space (and parking) large enough to accommodate anticipated attendance. If a facility other than your own will be used, we require you utilize a Chamber Member.

    · Establish an area for check-in with a table, 2 chairs, and a small trash can.

    · Provide heavy hors d’oeuvres and beverages to accommodate anticipated attendance. If outside catering is needed, Chamber Member caterers and restaurants must be used (list provided).

    *Note: beer and wine are required for after-hours events - two drinks per person. If your city ordinances require licensed servers for alcohol, you must also cover that expense.

    · Supply at least 3 door prizes with a value of $25 each or more

    · Identify a company representative to address attendees about your business/organization

    THE GREATER NORTH FULTON CHAMBER AGREES TO:

    · Promote the event via social media, event announcements, and the ChamberLink weekly newsletter

    · Send an email invitation to all Chamber members beginning 4-weeks prior to the event

    · Post the event on the Chamber’s website: www.GNFCC.com

    · Provide host with a final guest registration list immediately following event

    · Supply Chamber Diplomats and staff to greet guests and manage registration

    · Coordinate on-site photographs during the event and posting on social media sites immediately following

    · Deliver an address by the Chamber’s CEO or Board member. (At this time, the Chamber’s representative will welcome the attendees, introduce you & your staff, and draw for door prizes).
