  • Yoga on the Farm

Our Yoga on the Farm supports focus, strength, balance, and emotional regulation. It helps reduce anxiety while improving physical and mental well-being—all in a fun, engaging environment. Each class blends age-appropriate yoga poses, movement, breathing techniques, and guided relaxation, all infused with learning about holistic nutrition. Each class takes place in the shade of our farm, and includes nutrition lesson, guided meditation and sound bath.
  • Science on the Farm

Science on the Farm gives homeschoolers hands-on lessons in animal care—chickens, goats, and equine (donkeys and horses) —along with gardening, orchards, herbs, and vining fruits. Students practice soil prep, planting, and harvesting in raised beds while learning homesteading skills and how to care for farm animals. Designed for all ages learning, classes welcome kindergarten through high school age and help students build real-world skills, responsibility, and a lasting connection to nature and where food comes from. There is light infusion of yoga and nutrition concepts into this class as relevant.
  • What to Wear and Bring

Each child should wear light flexible clothing. Classes are outdoors in the afternoon during winter months as it is warmer for outdoor yoga and farm work, and plan to be barefoot during yoga class, but should bring closed toed shoes for Science on the Farm. Socks may be worn during yoga if they desire. Your child will also want to bring a yoga mat they don't mind using outdoors, OR they may bring a bath or beach towel to use instead. Bring plenty of water and consider wearing sunscreen as needed.
