📸 Photography Agreement

2. PAYMENT TERMS
Total Fee: $275.00
Payment Due: At time of booking
Accepted Payment Methods: Paypal, Apple Pay, Debit Card
Note: A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50.00 applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
3. PHOTO USAGE & CREDIT
The Client agrees to give proper credit by tagging @CrossCaptures when sharing images on social media or online platforms.
The delivered images are for personal and promotional use only.
Commercial use, resale, or third-party distribution requires prior written consent and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS
The Photographer retains full creative discretion over the selection and editing of images.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. One complimentary reschedule is allowed.
The Photographer is not liable for any injury, accident, or property damage during the session.
5. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a [CANCELLATION FEE].
In the event of inclement weather or emergency, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
