Thank you for volunteering with Amazing Dogs Rescue. Your support helps us save lives and find forever homes for our dogs. For the safety and protection of everyone involved, we require all volunteers to read and sign the following liability waiver. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign this form as well.

Acknowledgment and Release of Liability

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. I understand that working with animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, or injuries caused by unpredictable animal behavior.
2. I agree to follow all instructions provided by Amazing Dogs Rescue staff and event coordinators.
3. I understand that Amazing Dogs Rescue, its volunteers, staff, and any partnering organizations (including event hosts such as Petco), are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during my participation in the event.
4. I release and hold harmless Amazing Dogs Rescue, its officers, directors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation as a volunteer.
5. I understand that I am volunteering at my own risk.
