LFJCC Run Club
Ready to get moving but want the support of a crew? The LFJCC Run Club is exclusively for LFJCC members and we encourage you to bring a friend along for the run. As we welcome the new Jewish year, make movement your sweet new habit. We meet every Tuesday at 5:30 pm beginning September 9. Each session starts with a group warm-up, followed by 2 to 5 miles in pace groups with a no-drop approach so no one runs alone. Come for community, bring a buddy, and leave with momentum. Shana Tova!
