    • Event Date: Small Business Saturday, November 29, 2025, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. ET
    • Location: The Graham at The Cotton Company, 306 S. White St, Wake Forest, NC 27587
    • Application Deadline: Hosts reserve the right to end application acceptance when the event reaches capacity.
    • Vendors will be notified of acceptance to event by email NLT  Friday, November 14. 
    • Space is limited. Apply early! 
    • Hosts reserve the right to revise this application with/without notice to applicants.

     Application Instructions

    • Juried Event: This is a juried event to ensure a curated and high-quality vendor mix.
    • Booth Fee: (Due upon acceptance)
      • $50 for a 6x6 inside space - add $10 for electricity for $60 total
      • $60 for a 6x6 end space - add $10 for electricity for $70 total
      • Vendors who do not remit payment within by the deadline will forfeit the application fee and their spot will be offered to another vendor.
      • Fee is refundable through November 8, 2025. No refunds will be provided after that date has passed. 
    • Required Product Photos: Vendors must submit 3–5 photos of their products and booth setup (optional) with the application.
    • Event Supplies and Equipment: Vendors provide their own tables/displays. Two folding chairs will be provided. Electricity is limited and available for an additional fee. You must provide your own extension cord and a way to secure it so that it is not a tripping hazard. Electrical tape cannot be used. 
    • Vendor Booth Coverage Limit: Each booth is limited to two people to maximize capacity for shoppers. Thank you for your understanding. 
    • Gift Basket Donation: All vendors are required to donate one item for the gift basket giveaways with an estimated value of $10.

      This Agreement shall be effective and enforceable only upon the Vendor’s acceptance into the Event by the Event Hosts.

      Pursuant to North Carolina law, booth rental fees are subject to applicable state and local sales and use tax. The Event Host is registered with the North Carolina Department of Revenue and is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax on all booth fees.

      This Agreement sets forth the terms under which Vendor will participate in the Event. 

      1. Vendor Booth Fee & Payment
      Upon acceptance, the vendor agrees to pay the Event Host a booth rental fee in the amount of $50 for a 6x6 inside space and $60 for a 6x6 corner end space. Electricity is an additional $10.

      Payment is due within 48 hours of being notified of approval and is collected through PayPal only.

      Fees are nonrefundable after November 8, 2025.

      2. Use of Funds (Transparency Clause)
      Vendor acknowledges that all booth fees collected will be used exclusively for Event-related expenses, including but not limited to:

      • Venue rental and permits
      • Marketing and advertising
      • Décor, equipment, and supplies
      • Refreshments/hospitality for attendees
      • Insurance/security
      • No booth fee funds will be distributed as profit to the Event Hosts.

      3. Vendor Responsibilities

      • Vendor agrees to be set up by 9:45 a.m on the day of the event. Early setup may be available. 
      • Vendors arriving after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event will not be allowed to set up and will not receive a refund. 
      • Vendor must comply with all applicable laws, including business licensing and sales tax obligations.
      • Vendor is solely responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax on any sales made during the Event.
      • Vendor must provide all necessary equipment and materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

      4. Liability & Indemnification
      Event Hosts/Venue  shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to Vendor’s property.
      Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Event Hosts and Venue from any claims arising from Vendor’s participation.

      5. Termination
      The Event Hosts reserve the right to remove any Vendor who violates this Agreement or engages in conduct deemed unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.

      6. Agreement
      By signing below, Vendor acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
