To Note:
You are able to edit answers and make changes even after submission. All edits and changes must be done before the deadline. Any changes or edits done after will not be entertained.
To edit your responses, simply click the "Edit Submission" button that will be included in the email copy of your submitted form. Once you complete the form, a confirmation email with your answers and the button will be sent to you.

If you would like to pass the form to someone else for further edits, simply save your responses and submit the form. Do note that all questions need to be filled in order to successfully save and submit the form. Then, share the confirmation page email or the unique link that is embedded in the Edit Submission button on the confirmation page with your colleague and they will be able to access and edit the form with ease.
