CD Registration Form 2025-26

CCD Registration form for New Students (2025 -2026)
Holy Family Syro Malabar Catholic Church, Rockland's CCD classes will begin on Sunday, September 7, 2025. You don't need to register if your child attended CCD last year(2024-2025) . This online registration is only for new children or if you have any changes to the current address.

The CCD registration fee will be as follows for registered families. One child is $70. Two children are $100. Three or more children are $130. Please make the payment when the children come to CCD, or use the Zelle payment option below.

All CCD classes will be held in-person every Sunday at 10:00 AM and will end at 11:15 AM. Mass will start at 11:30 AM.
