Performance "Modified" Agreement Logo
  • WSPA " Modified" Performing Agreement

WSPA "Modified" performing agreement should be read and signed by a guardian/parent and the student who is agreeing to the performance schedule . Please submit this agreement by 12:00 am September 12th. Performance Dates and Rehearsals attached to this contract.
  • The Modified Performing Agreement is designed for students who wish to participate in the performance while also balancing other activities, such as sports, theater, academics, or family priorities. Students and families on this track must communicate conflicts and absences clearly in advance, especially for full-cast rehearsals, so that teachers can plan accordingly. Roles are tailored to fit within the student’s availability, without requiring extra rehearsal time.

This contract is not restrictive or punitive; it acknowledges that not all students will prioritize ballet at the same level. By clearly outlining expectations, it protects the rehearsal process while still welcoming participation. Students in this track will receive roles appropriate to their level of commitment, ensuring fairness and preserving the integrity of the production.
