  • We are excited to invite food vendors to be part of the Winter Bloom Market and Gathering! Our mission is to create a vibrant community experience that celebrates creativity, connection, and the joy of gathering. Food is an essential part of this experience, and we’re looking for food vendors who bring originality, quality, and passion to their craft.

    We welcome food vendors who:

    • Offer unique, high-quality food and beverage options made with care.
      Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service.
    • Are committed to engaging with the community and contributing to the festive atmosphere of our event.
    • Our goal is to foster an inviting and supportive environment where food vendors can showcase their flavors, connect with new audiences, and thrive alongside artisans, makers, and community partners.

    Food Vendor fee is due upon official acceptance to the Winter Bloom Market and Gathering. Upon filling out this application, your credit card will only be charged the application fee.

    FOOD TRUCK SET UP: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own vendor set up. 

    CODE OF CONDUCT: I acknowledge that I will treat Bespoke Art Society staff,  personnel, fellow vendors, and patrons with courtesy and respect. I will maintain professional conduct throughout the event and understand that disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

    NOTIFICATIONS: Vendors who have applied  on or after October 1st will receive notifications no later than October 24th. 

    Notifications for applications received prior to September 30 have been sent.
