1. Eligibility to Renew
UniLodge Park Central is a student accommodation provider. Renewal is only available to current students, and accommodation can only be offered for the duration of your studies. You must be able to provide evidence of enrolment that covers the full period of your tenancy.
Required documents:
- International students: Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) showing your course end/expiry date.
- Domestic students: Student ID or Proof of Enrolment showing your course end/expiry date.
If you are no longer studying or do not plan to continue your studies after your lease expiry, unfortunately, we cannot offer a renewal.
2. Room Allocation
While we will do our best to allocate the room you have requested through this renewal form, room availability is subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. Please note this form is a request only and does not confirm your renewal contract.
3. Same Apartment Renewal
To remain in the same apartment, your renewal lease must commence immediately after your current lease, without any gap. If you move out at the end of your lease, we cannot guarantee reallocation to the same apartment.
4. Parking Renewal
If you currently have a parking registration and wish to renew, you must re-complete the Parking Registration Form. A link to this form is provided on the next page.
5. Follow-Up
If you do not receive a response or offer within 7 days of submitting your renewal request, please contact UniLodge Park Central directly for an update.
