Founded in 2015, Island Girls Rock is an intergenerational non-profit movement and community dedicated to celebrating, supporting, and empowering Caribbean women and girls. More than an organization, we are a global sisterhood that creates spaces for connection, collaboration, and growth through culture, creativity, and wellness. From mentorship programs and artist residencies to wellness gatherings, community events, and creative initiatives, Island Girls Rock nurtures both personal and collective empowerment. We provide opportunities for Caribbean women and girls to explore their identities, amplify their voices, and shape their futures while building a network of support across the Caribbean and its diaspora. Through our work, we honor our heritage, uplift each other, and create pathways for the next generation to dream boldly and thrive.
