  • Please list all types of merchandise that you would like to sell. 

    For example: scarves, bags, hats, dresses...

    These items will be listed in your contract as authorized merchandise if you are selected to participate. Any items not listed below will not be authorized for sale at the 2025 Crown Jewel Bazaar.

    If you are a new vendor or are a vendor who has not participated in the Crown Jewel Bazaar since 2015 you must submit photos of your merchandise via email to bazaarc@bavariacsc.com

    Please include business name in email. Failure to submit photos in a timely manner could result in not being selected for participation in this year's Bazaar.

  • Please tell us what makes your product special, your history, your story and we will publish the information on our Facebook page leading up to the Bazaar for advertisement.

  • Vendor Space Requests

    • Additional tables will be 10£ each
    • Vendor space fees are non-refundable.

  • Terms of Application

  • I understand that the Bazaar committee will try to accommodate all requests, including vendor selection, merchandise categories, tables and benches, and vendor spaces. Specific location requests are evaluated based on merchandise offered, past sales, location of competitors, etc. However, due to limited space, no guarantees will be given. I understand that the Bazaar Committee spends many hours revising the layout to offer the best array of products to our shoppers while also attempting to honor specific vendor requests. All decisions of the Bazaar Committee are FINAL.
