WWRR 2026 Marketplace Vendor Application

Applications Open: Now through January 7, 2026

All applicants notified of status: Between January 21 and February 13, 2026

Vendor Fee for accepted vendors due: Within 10 days of receiving your acceptance email

Marketplace Dates:
Friday, May 15, 12-5pm
Saturday, May 16, 12-5pm
Sunday, May 17, 12-5pm

Criteria

We welcome applications from businesses owned by women, including but not limited to trans women, trans men, non-binary, and gender-queer folks.
Due to limited space, acceptance is not guaranteed.

Benefits

One complimentary Beaver Badge (all weekend pass)
Up to 10 feet x 10 feet outdoor booth space (grass surface)
Three full days of vending during marketplace hours (12 pm–5 pm daily, Friday through Sunday)
*NEW* Exclusive Marketplace WiFi access for payment processing

Requirements

Non-refundable vendor fee of $150 due within 10 days of receiving acceptance email to secure your booth. A payment link will be included in the email. Late or unpaid spots may be offered to vendors on the waitlist.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, umbrellas, and tents.
Vendors are responsible for their own food and lodging.
All vendors must be set up in the designated Marketplace area (West Sonoma Inn lawn).
Priority booth location will be given to vendors who commit to all three days. Limited one- or two-day spaces may be available if capacity allows.
