Location: The Studio – 37 Perth St., Brockville, Ontario

Bookings: A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your spot. Your session is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.

Planning: Once your booking fee has been paid, Leona will work with you to plan the look and feel of your custom photo session.

Turnaround Time: Final galleries are typically delivered within approximately 2 weeks

Image Selection: Within 7 days following your shoot, you will receive a link to view unedited, watermarked, low-resolution images for the sole purpose of choosing which images you would like in your finished gallery. This link will expire in 5 days. You will also have a 5-day deadline to make your selections.

Copyright License: Delivered images are high-resolution digital files. You receive personal-use rights to print and share your final delivered images. Editing, altering, or applying filters to any image is not permitted by anyone other than Leona. Completed images are not watermarked; in exchange, clients agree to tag / credit Vertigo Productions when posting images on social media.

Dress Code: You may provide your own wardrobe or discuss ladies’ client closet options with Leona in advance. Maternity gowns and additional studio wardrobe items are available for use during your session.

Posing: Leona will guide you with posing, movement, and expression throughout your session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Booking fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours’ notice, for a date within 30 days of your original booking. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival.

What to Bring: If desired, you may bring your own drinks and snacks.

Scent-Free Zone: Please do not wear body spray, cologne, or perfume on the day of your session, especially if you plan to use gowns from the client closet.

Behind-the-Scenes: No photos or videos may be taken in the studio during your session.

Image Storage: Vertigo Productions Photography does not guarantee permanent storage of your images. Please download and back up your final gallery promptly once delivered.

Liability: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Vertigo Productions Photography Studio and Leona Oates are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health effects.

Each experience includes a private studio session, full access to our curated client closet featuring elegant maternity gowns, expertly retouched high-resolution digital images, a personal-use license to print and share, and a private online gallery for image selection.

$399 Total Cost = $199 booking fee + $200 sessions fee

A dreamy, intimate session that celebrates you—your strength, your beauty, your becoming. This package captures mama alone in all her quiet magic and radiant anticipation. Appt. may last up to 60 minutes.

Booking Confirmation: Once Leona has confirmed availability for your preferred date and time, you will have 12 hours to submit your booking fee. After that period, the date may be released and offered to other clients.
