Projected 3 year budget for the organization

A projected 3-year budget is basically a financial forecast — an estimate of how much money your nonprofit expects to bring in (revenue) and spend (expenses) over the next three years.Since new nonprofits don’t usually have a financial history (no “past actuals”), the IRS requires you to show projections so they can see:How you plan to raise money.How you plan to spend it.That your activities match your charitable mission.

Payment, Refund, and Service Policy

No Refunds
All payments made to The Strategy Architect Consulting are non-refundable. By submitting payment, clients acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cases where any federal, state, or local government agency rejects or denies an application or filing.

Exclusion of Government Filing Fees
Fees paid to The Strategy Architect Consulting do not include any fees required by federal, state, or local government agencies, including but not limited to the IRS Form 1023 filing fee or state incorporation filing fees, unless add on package is purchased. These fees are otherwise paid separately and directly to the appropriate government agency by the client.

Work Guarantee
Completion of an intake form, questionnaire, or registration document does not guarantee work will be performed. Work begins only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Payment in Full
Payment in full is required before any documents are prepared, finalized, or released to the client. No exceptions will be made.

Payment Policy
To maintain operational efficiency and reduce administrative disruptions, The Strategy Architect Consulting is updating its payment structure.

1. Services $500 or Less

Payment is due in full at the time of booking
Accepted via debit or credit card, AfterPay (Klarna available upon request)

2. Services $501 or More

50% non-refundable deposit required to begin services
Remaining 50% balance is due before the final delivery of services

3. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Clients may utilize available BNPL financing options at checkout.
All installment arrangements must be processed through approved BNPL providers.

ACH Policy Update
ACH payments are no longer available to individual clients.
Exceptions may be granted only to current clients in good financial standing, for projects exceeding $500, and are subject to prior written approval.

Important Notes
Work will not begin without the required deposit.
Final deliverables will not be released until the remaining balance is paid in full.
Payment compliance ensures uninterrupted workflow, scheduling integrity, and timely project completion.

Approvals and Government Authority

The Strategy Architect Consulting does not control and cannot guarantee approvals from any state, local, or federal government entity. We make no guarantee that any office or agency will approve a client’s filing, application, or business status.

We will work with clients to correct mistakes made on our end; however, The Strategy Architect Consulting is not responsible for missing, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the client.

Agency Representation
