  • Toy Express Program Overview

    First Responders Children’s Foundation (FRCF) supports the children and families of first responders across the country. Each holiday season, our Toy Express program delivers joy to children in need while honoring the service of first responders who distribute the toys directly in their communities.

    Whether your department is joining Toy Express for the first time or returning as a valued partner, we look forward to learning more about your holiday event. If selected, your agency will receive toys to share with local children, helping brighten the season and strengthen bonds between first responders and the families they serve.

    Partner Expectations

    • Agencies must complete and submit the Toy Express application no later than November 1, 2025.
    • Applications must be submitted at least 45 days prior to your event date.
    • Partners/agencies are expected to use provided Toy Express branding materials provided, including but not limited to yard signs, banners, and other official assets, so the program is properly recognized in your community.
    • The Toy Express Reporting Form must be completed and submitted within 8 business days of your event.

  • SERVPRO Franchise Name and Location

  • Franchise Primary Point of Contact

    The Primary Point of Contact is the individual responsible for all communication regarding the planning and execution of your Toy Express event. This includes submitting the application, coordinating logistics with FRCF, and ensuring all program expectations are met leading up to and during the event.
  • Franchise Secondary Point of Contact (if applicable)

    The Secondary Point of Contact is an alternate contact who can step in if the primary contact is unavailable. This person should also be familiar with the event details and able to communicate directly with FRCF regarding Toy Express requirements.
  • Franchise Follow-Up Point of Contact

    The Follow-Up Point of Contact is the individual responsible for submitting the required post-event documentation to FRCF. This includes completing the Toy Express Reporting Form within 8 business days of the event and uploading all mandatory follow-up materials, such as photos, videos, and attendee numbers.

While we will do our best to fulfill your request, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to match the exact numbers in each breakdown. We have a more limited supply of toys for older children, so we may not be able to meet every request in that age group.
