Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather, we will notify all participants via email regarding any schedule changes. If a clinic must be canceled due to weather, your payment will not be refunded but will be credited toward a future clinic. We appreciate your understanding, as weather conditions are beyond our control. Cancellations by Participants: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled clinic or for no-shows. Cancellations made more than one week in advance may be eligible for a credit toward a future clinic, subject to availability and approval.
