Terms & Conditions
Monthly Billing:
The membership fee will be billed automatically each month on the date of enrollment to the card on file.
If the card on file does not process, you will be contacted and must provide a valid card in order to process your monthly payment. Failure to do so will result in failure to schedule future appointments and automatic cancellation of future scheduled appointments.
Cancellations/Pauses:
Membership may be canceled at any time with a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Memberships may be paused for up to 1 month per calendar year with prior notice.
Unused Services:
Any unused lash sets/fills do not roll over into the following month.
Late or Missed Appointments:
Cancellations or reschedules require 24-hour notice.
No-shows or late cancellations will result in the loss of that month’s included service.
Additional Services:
Any services beyond the monthly membership package will be charged at the regular service rate.
