Deposit

There is a $100 cleaning/damage deposit to reserve your package and secure your date (refunded 1-2 days after the event).

The rental fee is due 7 days prior to your event date to confirm your booking.

Failure to pay the full rental fee by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking reservation.

The deposit will only be refunded 1-2 days after the event if;

*All balls are placed back inside the ball pit at the time of pickup

*There was no food, liquid, glitters, candy or stains on any of the equipment

*No damage to any of the equipments

Important: Please allow 1-1.5 hours for setup/breakdown time.

During setup and breakdown, we ask that the area be clear of guest for safety reasons. Please ensure that there is proper parking space for delivery and pickup.
