Liability/Terms and Conditions:
Health & Safety
For the safety of all guests, face painting will not be done on anyone who appears to have:
- Cold sores, conjunctivitis (pink eye), open wounds, rashes, or other contagious skin conditions.
- Cold, flu, or other symptoms of illness.
Allergies & Skin Reactions
While products used are safe and non-toxic, reactions may occur in rare cases.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to inform the artist of any skin sensitivities or allergies before painting begins.
Removal of Paint
Paints are water-based and can be removed with soap and warm water.
Some colors may leave temporary staining, depending on certain colors.
Avoid harsh scrubbing; instead, apply baby oil or a gentle makeup remover if needed.
SET-UP/Take Down
The artist will arrive and set up at the agreed start time and remain until the agreed end time.
For indoor parties, the artist will provide all necessary supplies, including:
chair, face paints, water, table, and display board.
For outdoor parties, the artist may provide a tent for shade if no suitable shaded area is available (e.g., porch, patio, or canopy).
At the end of the event, the artist will pack up all equipment and may need to dispose of water in a safe location (e.g., grass, sink, or designated area).
Payment
Payment is due at the conclusion of the event, unless payment has already been made in advance. Either option is welcomed.
Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or cash.
Liability
The artist is not responsible for any allergic reactions, staining of clothing, accidental ingestion, or skin reactions that may occur from the use of face paints, glitters, or adhesives.
The parent/guardian/adult participant assumes full responsibility for monitoring children after they have been painted.
By allowing yourself or your child to be painted, you acknowledge and accept these terms and release the artist from any liability.
