This Agreement is entered into on {date}, by and between Bossy Paws Rescue, a non-profit organization, Bossy Paws Rescue, hereinafter referred to as "Rescue," and {name}, a community member, located at {address}, hereinafter referred to as "Recipient."
WHEREAS, the Rescue provides pet food and supplies to individuals and families in need of assistance; and
WHEREAS, the Recipient is receiving pet food from the Rescue to care for their pet(s);
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein, the parties agree as follows:
Purpose of Agreement
The Rescue agrees to provide pet food to the Recipient at no charge. The Recipient agrees to accept these goods for the sole purpose of feeding their pet(s) and agrees not to sell, redistribute, or use the provided items for any form of monetary gain.
Restrictions
The Recipient acknowledges and agrees: That the pet food and supplies provided by the Rescue are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial purpose. The pet food and supplies are provided with the understanding that they will be used exclusively to care for the pet(s) listed by the Recipient.
Violation of Terms
Any violation of the terms set forth in this agreement will result in the Recipient being disqualified from receiving further assistance from the Rescue. The Recipient may be required to return any goods provided, and the Rescue reserves the right to pursue further legal action if deemed necessary.
No Liability
The Recipient acknowledges that the Rescue is not liable for any damages, injury, or harm arising from the use or consumption of the pet food and supplies provided. The Rescue provides these items without any guarantee of quality or fitness for a specific purpose.
Non-Disparagement
The Recipient agrees not to engage in any activity that could harm or damage the reputation, brand, or operations of Bossy Paws Rescue. This includes, but is not limited to, making defamatory statements, posting negative or harmful content on social media, or engaging in any conduct that may undermine the trust and goodwill the Rescue has established within the community. The Recipient agrees to handle any concerns or complaints directly with the Rescue in a professional manner.
Program Terms and Conditions
Donation Frequency
Only one (1) donation of pet food or supplies per household is allowed every three (3) months. Donations are provided based on availability and are limited to ensure fair distribution among the community.
Availability and Changes
Donations are subject to availability and may be limited based on stock or other operational factors. The Rescue reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time, with or without notice. Participation in the program is not a guarantee of future donations or assistance.
No Guarantee of Donations
While Bossy Paws Rescue strives to provide assistance to as many individuals as possible, the program is not a guarantee of receiving pet food or supplies. Donations will be distributed at the Rescue's discretion and based on the needs of the community.
By signing below, the Recipient agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
