CCCAM Scholarship Invitational Registration Form
This form will be used to register all teams for the CCCAM Scholarship Invitational Sites. Please note the following procedure:
- Head Varsity Coach MUST be a paid CCCAM member in order to register.
- Contracts will be sent out to schools once PAID membership is confirmed.
- Registration will be complete once the contract is received by CCCAM.
- At that time, schools will be placed at a site location based on availability.
The CCCAM Varsity registration fee is $150. JV, Freshmen, and MS teams are $125 each. No refunds will be given. Once contracts are completed, all schools will be responsible to pay - whether you compete or not.
If you are not currently a paid member of CCCAM for the 2026-27 season, you will not be able to pre-register. Please go to the membership form, and register and pay for membership before completing this pre-registration form. No contracts will be sent to non-CCCAM member coaches.

All invitationals are being held on Friday, December 11th and Saturday, December 12th.

Please list your 1st and 2nd choices for location. If selection not made, form will default to list order.

Each site is limited and will be filled as PAYMENTS ARE COMPLETE - INCLUDING HEAD COACH'S MEMBERSHIP FEES.
