You have been asked to be on the Inspire team because you have amazing potential to lead young people to overcome difficulties and influence their world!
Before anyone can lead with effectiveness, they must learn to be able to follow. It’s no coincidence then that Jesus, the greatest leader ever, also was able to surrender to, submit to, and carry out everything that His Father asked of Him.
Often sacrifices must be made to lead at our greatest potential. This generation of students is starving for role models, people of integrity and character, living examples of Jesus, that they can look to and fashion their own lives after. Leadership is a big deal.
The Inspire Team exists to show a generation that a relationship can change everything for them. Ultimately, we want to see youth form a lasting relationship with Jesus. We want them to become passionate about leading others to this same relationship that has changed everything for them.

I affirm the biblical teaching of God’s original and ongoing design for humanity as two distinct sexes, male and female. I do not affirm the resolution of the tension between one’s biological sex and one’s experience of gender by the adoption of an identity contradictory with one’s birth sex.
I affirm both singleness and marriage as biblical lifestyles within the Christian community. I affirm that biblical marriage is an exclusive life partnership of love and faithfulness between a man and a woman. Sexual union is reserved for marriage, celibacy is required of the unmarried, and each Christian is called to a life of sexual purity in both thought and action. I affirm that any sexual activity outside of biblical marriage is a violation of biblical standards.
