Chair-Elect (3 year term) This is a voting member of the Executive Committee who steps in for the Chair when needed. Key responsibilities include appointing committee chairs and at-large members, leading the program of work preparation with the Treasurer and Chair, and serving as Chair for FNCE® Spotlight proposal submission. This position serves as CHAIR in the subsequent year, and Immediate Past Chair the following year.
Secretary (2 year term) A voting member of the Executive Committee, the Secretary is responsible for recording, reviewing, and filing minutes for all Executive Committee meetings and membership meetings. This role also maintains official MFNS documents, including the Guiding Principles, and serves as the Historian.
Nominating Committe Chair-Elect (2 year term) This non-voting role works with the Nominating Committee to identify open offices and designate candidates annually. You'll ensure deadlines are met and ballots are sent. This position serves as Nominating Chair the following year.
