All forms are gone through weekly and will be checked to see availability, scroll down further to fill out the form, below is my terms and conditions and information you may need to know, please note by booking with me you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, thank you Please fill out this form with all information to the best of your ability, If I am available for your date I will be able to respond with a full quote based on the information you have provided, if you are unsure on any answers or are still not able to provide that information, please put the most likely answer and I can quote you officially once you know more, for example you could say: ‘to be provided or unsure on numbers’ this doesn’t have to be completely accurate this is just so I can let you know of my availability and give you a temporary quote.

This isn’t what time you want to be ready for, this is time of official ceremony .
What time you need to be ready? (finished makeups)
Please note: If you get married at 12:00 for example, I will also suggest you needing to be fully ready (finished with final makeup) by 11:00 meaning you have MINIMUM a full hour to get into your dress and have pictures ect, for some people you may require longer due to other service providers schedules or needing longer to get to your wedding venue, if you are unsure please just leave this question as we can discuss this before the day.

Please let me know where I will be needing to come to do the services. (I.e at a family members house or at home) and if you will be travelling to the venue to get married

Does your venue allow you to get ready from whatever time you like?
If you are getting ready at the venue, Some venues have restrictions on what time you are allowed in certain rooms to get ready ect. Please provide me with as much information on this as you can such as time and details.
