Welcome and thank you for your interest in the 2025 ATV/UTV & All Wheel Ride! Please read the following information in it's entirety and complete the form and payment below. All drivers must be registered and must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
The cost is $30 for registration and includes pocker hand ballot and one adult wrist band to the soup supper hosted by the Fire Department following the ride. Additional ballots are $10/each. Extra wristbands for the soup supper can also be purchased here and day of ($10 for 12+years, $5 for 4-11 years, 3 and under are free. Pre-registration will officially close Friday, October 3rd at 8pm. Please consider pre-registering so we can have approximate head count. You can still register day of.
At the time of your check in you will receive your ballott & soup supper wrist band. Everyone must sign a waiver at time of sign in, parents are responsible are signature waiver for children under 18 years of age. There will be an opportunity to purchase 50/50 tickets throughout the ride ($1 for 1, or $5 for 6) cash only.
MISSED PRE-REGISTRATION? You can still sign up the day of at the check in table! Payment is required at the time of form submission to register.
Ride details: The ride will take place Saturday, October 4th 2025. Registration will start at Club 671 (Swisher Legion) at 9:00AM and ride will leave at 10:00AM.
Route stops will be located in Solon, Lisbon, Ely and Shueyville. Check out the route at registration! Join us following the ride at the Fire Station for our annual Soup Supper!
You will hear three short whistles/horn blasts 15 minutes prior to departing to the next location. Use this time to close out tabs, use the bathroom, etc.
POKER RUN: At registration, you will recieve a ballott. You will need to have each stop signed/samped. At the last stop, you will turn in your ballot and draw 5 cards. This will be your poker hand. If you wish to draw an additional card, that will be available for $1.00. You may only draw one card.
PRIZE: There will be a cash prize for best hand
Weather: In the event the weather is too severe, the ride may be cancelled by the Jefferson-Monroe Fire Department. We will announce this on our Facebook page if it is cancelled. There will be no refunds.
During the Event: We ask you to please be courteous to those around you. We have designated stops along the way and each location knows to expect us. Please abide by all traffic laws and side-by-side regulations including use of turn signals and slow-moving placcard. Majority of our ride will take place on gravel. Please do not ride through farms or hay fields - we do not have permission to do this. We will NOT stop traffic to allow our group to proceed through any intersections we may need to ride through.
If an issue arises during the event and you need emergency services, please call 911. We will be riding in two different counties; we will do our best to monitor radio traffic, but this can be difficult with loud machines. We will communicate with Linn County and Johnson County Emergency Call Centers prior to the ride so they can attempt to locate us. The fire department's machine is red with our logo on the sides and a light bar on top. We will be positioned towards the front of the ride. If you encounter our machine with the emergency lights and sirens activated; please move over, stop, and do not follow.
After the event: Everyone is welcome to join us for a Soup Supper at the Fire Station! The station is located at 2559 120th St. NW Swisher. If you are riding a side-by-side or UTV, we ask that you park up top. Soup Supper hours has been extended to 4-8pm this year due to over whleming support last year. The cost of the soup supper dinner is $10 adults (12+), $5 children (4-11), and children 3 & under are free. It is all you can eat! If you plan to pay with a card, a $1 transaction fee will be charged in addition. We will have an additional raffle during the soup supper ($5/raffle ticket), and 50/50 drawing (cash only). Raffle & 50/50 will take place ~8:00PM and will be streamed live on Facebook. You do not need to be present for these drawings and these drawings are separate from the fundraiser ride.
