RENTAL RATES AND PAYMENT
• Rental Rate: $350 per week
• Initial non refundable Start up fee: $175
• Payment Method: Stripe with credit card on file
• Late Fee: $35 (applied if payment is more than 4 hours late)

MILEAGE, FUEL AND CLEANING
• Mileage: Unlimited 
• Fuel: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided. Fuel charges and a service fee of $10 will be applied if not returned at the same level.
• Smoking and Pets: No smoking or vaping in the vehicle. Excessive dirt, smoke or pet hair may result in an additional cleaning fee of $40.

INSURANCE
• Insurance Coverage: Renter’s Responsibility to submit proof of personal insurance coverage 
• Deductible:minimum $1000

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Vehicle Use: Renter agrees to use the vehicle for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. No subleasing, racing, off-road use, towing, or illegal activity is allowed.
• Maintenance & Repairs: The renter shall maintain the vehicle in good condition and notify the Owner immediately of any damage or issues. The renter is responsible for all costs resulting from misuse or negligence.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. If the renter fails to make payment or violates any term herein, the Owner may terminate immediately and repossess the vehicle.
• Liability: Renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle or third-party claims arising during the rental period.

 SIGNATURES
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this agreement.

Condition, Maintenance & Repairs

Delivered with check-in photos and checklist (Exhibit B Renter must check fluids/tires weekly, report warning lights/noises immediately, and stop use if

Owner handles routine maintenance; Renter pays for driver-caused damage, abuse, road-hazard tires, neglect, and deductible(s) Owner approval required before repairs. All receipts must be provided.

Renter must be at least 21 years old + with valid U.S. license. Additional drivers require Owner's written approval and must sign this Agreement.

Insurance & Risk Allocation (Protection)

Renter must maintain continuous insurance during the term:

1. Personal/Commercial Auto: ≥ $10,000 BI per person / $20,000 per accident / $50,000 PD, plus comprehensive & collision with deductible ≤ $1000.

2. Gig Platforms: Must meet/exceed platform requirements; ≥ $1,000,000 liability while on active trip/delivery.

3. Owner as Additional Insured/Loss Payee if allowed.

4. Renter responsible for all deductibles/uncovered loss. Owner's insurance is excess only.

Accidents & Claims Immediately: (a) move to safety, (b) call 911, (c) obtain police report, (d) notify Owner at 954.668.1328 (direct) and creativemasterpiecellc@gmail.com, (e) cooperate with insurers/repairs/subrogation. 9) Tolls, Tickets & Violations Renter responsible for all tolls, tickets, citations, penalties. Admin fee may be applicable if charged by the toll company and will be processed by Owner. 10) Telematics & GPS Consent (Asset Protection) Vehicle may include GPS/telematics. Renter consents to tracking while agreement active. Owner will not disable while vehicle in motion.

Default: late/nonpayment; insurance lapse; unauthorized use; missed photos; failure to return Vehicle; false info. Owner may terminate, disable, and recover vehicle. Renter liable for rent, damages, towing/storage, attorneys' fees.

Termination, Renewal & Return

Either party may terminate with 24-hour notice before next billing. Vehicle must be returned to 7031 Jog Road Lake Worth, Fl 33467 with all keys, plates, docs, and Title remains with Owner. Renter indemnifies/holds Owner harmless except for Owner's gross negligence/willful misconduct.

Renter is not Owner's employee/agent. Responsible for taxes and platform compliance.

Good-faith negotiation first; otherwise binding arbitration in Palm Beach, Broward County, or Miami-Dade County Florida. Governed by Florida law.

Entire Agreement; Modifications; Notices; E-Sign

Entire agreement. Changes must be written. Notices may be sent to creativemasterpiecellc@gmail.com Electronic signatures/copies valid as originals.

Weekly Rent: $350.00

Late return Fee: $40 after 1hr delay

Inital Start up fee: $175

Mileage: Unlimited

Excess Cleaning/Smoke Fee: $40 

Excess Pet dander/hair Fee: $40

Tolls/Tickets: invoice for fees accumulated during the trip will be billed to credit card on file and directly the renter's responsibility for repayment

 

Exhibit B — Check-In / Check-Out Checklist Fuel level and Odometer readings to be recorded as part of this agreement between both parties.

Photos taken should include but not be limited to: (interior/exterior) and saved Accessories present (spare, jack, fob(s), charger, transponder, fuel level, corner, RF corner, LR corner, RR corner. Interior (4): dash with odometer clearly visible, front seats, rear seats, trunk/cargo. Failure to provide complete photos on time is a material breach
